Our service area breaks into four broad pockets. Each has its own electrical character, and our team is set up for all of them.
Newcastle

Lake Macquarie

Which suburbs do you cover?
Our core area runs across Newcastle city and the inner suburbs, the coastal strip from Bar Beach to Dudley, the eastern lake suburbs around Belmont and Warners Bay, and the western corridor through Cardiff and Wallsend. Every suburb listed above has its own page. We regularly work outside that list too, so it is always worth calling.
Do you charge a call-out fee for outer suburbs?
Our quotes are itemised, so if any travel applies to your location you will see it in writing before you accept, not as a surprise on the invoice. For most of the suburbs we list, standard rates apply.
How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
We provide emergency call-outs during our operating hours, Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. Response time depends on where you are and what else is active, but because our team is based locally rather than travelling in from Sydney or the Hunter, we are usually with you far faster than a non-local contractor.
Do you cover commercial work in all these areas?
Yes. Residential and commercial work is available throughout the service area, including three phase, shop and workshop fit-outs, emergency and exit light testing, test and tag, and scheduled maintenance contracts.
